Area of tasks, responsibility, and goals in the organizational area Contribute to ensuring a high level of customer loyalty by proposing advanced technical solutions and tailored support services, aimed at effectively resolving complex technical issues and guarantee rapid response. The position requires close collaboration with the Customer Care team and cross-functional departments, promoting a proactive, customer-focus approach to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Manage the assigned customer portfolio, maintaining and developing long-term business relationships; Identify the specific needs of the customers and the specific objectives of individual projects; Handle quotation processes, negotiations, and sales of company services, including maintenance, reconditioning, upgrades, and rebuilds; Work closely with the Application department to define the most suitable technical and commercial solutions; Prepare and issue quotations, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical specifications, studies, and cost structures, with careful attention to official documentation sent to customers; Upon order acquisition, ensure the accurate and timely transfer of all relevant information to the Project Management department; Constant communication and relationship with customers and suppliers; Work closely with agents and business partners, providing operational and commercial support; Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers; Ensure internal CRM/ERP systems are consistently updated. Education /job experience: Technical High School Diploma 3 – 5 years of professional experience in technical-commercial roles such as sales engineering, customer care, or after-sales support, preferably in medium – large industrial companies. Expectation / requirements of the job holder: Solid knowledge of industrial products, services, and technical solutions; Ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective technical and commercial solutions; Strong commercial mindset with a customer-focus approach and the ability to build long-term business relationships; Good organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; Team working attitude; Interest to travel for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events; Good knowledge of English, another language as Spanish or German is considered a plus.
