Overview The Marketing Operations Specialist (Europe) for Crocs is responsible for all key operational marketing processes, including budget file management, campaign coordination, asset management, creative production workflows, and reporting. Reporting into the European Marketing function, the role ensures timely, accurate execution aligned to budget and campaign planning timelines, acting as a central connector across internal teams and external partners to support efficient campaign delivery and accurate budget reporting across the UK, Germany, and France. What You'll Do Coordinate development and share-out of campaign playbooks across key channels (Retail, Wholesale, Ecom) and support day-to-day campaign execution, managing timelines, trackers, and deliverables. Act as central connector between markets, hubs, and external partners, overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery of seeding and promo orders via a centralized tracker. Manage asset organisation, uploads, and external access across Bynder, CMS, and SharePoint, and coordinate distribution of campaign assets to stakeholders and partners. Oversee image resizing, agency briefing for digital assets (banners, flyers), and JIRA workflows for eCom seasonal briefs. Manage PO creation and tracking via XSuite, support budget tracking across ROW, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and efficient workflows. Maintain and continuously update campaign trackers, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and cross-market alignment. Support development of campaign recaps, reporting materials, and performance summaries, consolidating inputs from internal teams, agencies, and partners (Excel, PPT, Adobe). Own the contract upload and documentation process (Gatekeeper), ensuring compliance with internal systems and proper storage. Own the regional marketing budget tracker, partnering with Finance and budget owners to ensure timely updates, alignment to reporting deadlines, and clear, accurate visibility of spend at all times. Coordinate the collection of campaign, budget, and performance data from internal stakeholders, ensuring inputs are complete, accurate, and delivered within agreed timelines. What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience. Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience with an international brand or agency operating across multiple channels; Fashion/Lifestyle/Footwear experience is a strong plus. Background knowledge in Digital Brand Marketing within a global company is a plus. Strong understanding of campaign operations, budget tracking, and asset management tools (Bynder, CMS, XSuite, JIRA). Highly organised, thorough, and detail-oriented, with strong numerical proficiency and a focus on accuracy. Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (required); German and/or French is an asset. Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent project management oversight and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
