Requisition Number: [[id]] Job Description Cintas is seeking a Catalog Sales Representative to proactively up-sell current customer accounts with products from the Cintas catalog. Products from our catalog line include, but are not limited to: custom logo shirts, pants, work boots, outerwear, hats and gloves. Catalog Sales Reps are responsible to exceed catalog sales projections by building direct sale relationships within a location's existing customer base and improving the way catalog sales are promoted, ordered, billed and delivered. In addition, they promote a positive and energetic attitude in the operation of catalog by sales by working with the service department on marketing the Cintas catalog and its products. Cintas provides a training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process. Skills/Qualifications Required High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet Valid driver's license Preferred 1 - 3 years' outside sales experience New business-to-business account development experience Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
