Occupation Description The Talent Management Senior Executive is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, with a heavy focus on sourcing and headhunting high-performing candidates. The role involves building a sustainable talent pipeline to support the company’s expansion. Job Scope Implement an effective recruitment process to attract top talent in the real estate industry. Source and screen candidates through various channels. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions. Manage the on boarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization. Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles and opportunities for growth and development. Participate in having a solid succession planning and talent management program. Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize team-building activities and social events. Assist with HR projects and initiatives. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departures Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures. Cont. Job Scope Education and Training Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalent. Most Common Work Experience Requested 3-5 years of related experience of which a minimum of 1-2 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a real estate Industry. Experience in a fast-growth environment and a decentralized environment. Experience work in a “performance-based” environment to foster it within the team.
