They also may support the test development of the test equipment and processes to ensure robust and high quality test solutions and final products are realized. #LI-TP1 #LI-Onsite Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ICT Engineers and Technicians. Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall ICT strategy, ensuring alignment with production goals and quality standards. Project Management: Oversee new ICT projects, including the integration of new test equipment and the development of test fixtures for new products Quality Control: Analyze test data and failure trends to drive continuous improvement in the manufacturing process and reduce defect rates. Budget Management: Manage the departmental budget for daily operations and capital expenditures on new equipment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve issues and enhance overall process efficiency. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies In-depth Knowledge: Profound understanding of ICT principles and other test methodologies (e.g., Flying Probe). Troubleshooting: Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues related to test systems. Fixture Design: Knowledgeable in the design and fabrication of test fixtures, or skilled in coordinating with external vendors / ICT development department. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Communication: Good communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of making sound decisions under pressure. Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for technical documentation and communication with international vendors. Technical knowledge; Experience in complex product > 5,000 nodes and large-scale ICT >500 bds per day. Capable in DFT, managing Fixture fabrication and validation. And provide value feedback to product HW design and fixture house. Capability to develop and deploy test solutions from test requirements. Proficient in non vectors test, bybride FCT, high power consumption and thermal management Ability to analyze test data to drive coverage enhancement and first-pass yield improvement. Proficient in Agilent 3070 platform, including manufacturing support, maintenance up to test development skills. Typical Experience Over 10 years of working experience in Test Manufacturing in Electronics industry Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an ICT or Test Engineering role. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position. Typical Education Bachelor degree in Electronics or related field of study. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
