Job Purpose and Impact The Food Manufacturing Sales Lead will lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Customized & Innovation customer portfolio in Food Mexico, developing and coaching a team of Strategic Account Managers to deliver sustainable and profitable growth. In this role, you will drive a consultative and strategic account management approach, developing deep and forward-looking understanding of customers’ strategies, needs and challenges to identify medium- and long-term growth opportunities and connect them with Cargill’s portfolio, innovation capabilities and broader expertise. You will lead the development of multi-year customer strategies and Joint Business Plans, mobilizing cross-functional, regional and global capabilities to deliver differentiated customer solutions and expand the portfolio across Oils & Fats, Sweeteners, Starches & Texturizers and other relevant Cargill capabilities. Key Accountabilities • Evaluate customer and market potential to identify and prioritize medium- and long-term growth opportunities and guide where-to-play and how-to-win choices within strategic accounts. • Plan, organize and coordinate sales operations of company or organization. • Plan and organize sales programs, including sales methodologies, incentives, special campaigns and professional training for personnel. • Develop deep and forward-looking understanding of customers’ businesses, strategies, markets, needs, and challenges to anticipate opportunities and guide differentiated value propositions and solutions. • Lead the execution of strategic account plans and multi-year Joint Business Plans, coaching the sales team to balance short-term performance with the development and conversion of high-impact growth opportunities. • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. • Mobilize cross-functional, regional, and global capabilities across Cargill to develop innovative customer solutions, influence internal priorities, and accelerate execution of strategically aligned growth opportunities • Other duties as assigned Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years of related work experience • Advanced proficiency in English both spoken and written is required. • Other minimum qualifications may apply PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • MBA or Similar • Two years of supervisory experience #LI-AMORALES #LI-Hybrid
