Obiettivo del ruolo La risorsa selezionata entrerà a far parte del team di Ingegneria di Vendita, con il compito di supportare la rete commerciale nella definizione tecnica delle soluzioni da proporre al cliente, traducendo le esigenze del mercato in proposte tecniche e commerciali competitive. Il ruolo si colloca tra l’ufficio commerciale e l’ufficio tecnico-produzione, offrendo una visione trasversale dei processi aziendali. Responsabilità principali Analisi tecnica delle richieste dei clienti (specifiche, capitolati, RFQ) Definizione delle soluzioni tecnico-economiche più adatte, in sinergia con ufficio tecnico e produzione Redazione di offerte tecniche e layout preliminari di macchine/linee Supporto alla forza vendita durante le trattative tecnico-commerciali Partecipazione alla preparazione di gare e tender internazionali Collaborazione con il Project Management per garantire coerenza tra offerta e realizzazione Requisiti Diploma superiore di istituto tecnico industriale o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica triennale o specialistica, Meccatronica o affini Buona conoscenza del disegno tecnico Familiarità con software CAD e pacchetto base office Attitudine al lavoro in team multidisciplinari Buone capacità comunicative e di negoziazione Conoscenza base-intermedia della lingua inglese Pacchetto retributivo Nell'ambito del nostro impegno per la trasparenza, desideriamo condividere i dettagli relativi alla retribuzione per questa posizione: Contratto collettivo applicabile: Metalmeccanico Industria Fascia retributiva (retribuzione lorda annua): 40.000€ - 50.000€ Il range retributivo è definito sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutrali, tra cui responsabilità del ruolo, competenze richieste, livello organizzativo, benchmark di mercato e coerenza interna. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.

But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
