Your Key Responsibilities: Verify production test steps/stations which are designated by the team leader, such as: ICT, Flash, Functional test, Load test, Stress test, Final test, HV Test, EOL Test, P-EOL; Installation of the production equipment and preparation of validation procedures; Perform corrective maintenance (trouble shooting) in respects to his/her process steps; Conducting functional tests to validate the performance of the electric motor Evaluating power output, torque, efficiency, and overall performance under various driving conditions (load, speed, temperature); Understanding of NVH testing for evaluating the noise and vibration characteristics of the electrical motors Debug/maintain/analyze SW application / products in order to reach the quality targets in his/her processes according to the releasing procedure; Ensure the R&R value of the processes after SOP, continuous improvement of these processes regarding R&R value and robustness; Prepare documentation of the lessons learned of all the processes, actively takes part in preparation of specification, requirement list and decision matrix. Your Qualifications: Automation and Mechanics / Mechatronics Know-how; Understanding the integration of electric motor, power electronics, and transmission in a single assembly; Statistical and analytical skills; Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or LabVIEW for test automation. Advanced English language skills; NI test stand, CANape communication knowledge; Proficiency in using test equipment (oscilloscopes, dynamometers, power analyzers, thermal cameras). ICT experience with Keysight machines. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
