Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts, and our Product Sales team plays a critical role in bringing that commitment to life. As the face of Vail Resorts, these team members create seamless, memorable moments for our guests—serving as the gateway to every epic adventure across our resorts. Serve as a proud resort ambassador, bringing Vail Resorts’ Epic Service commitment to life at every touchpoint. Embrace and represent the resort brand and culture in every step of the guest journey from purchase to wayfinding to departure. Provide efficient and accurate point-of-sale transactions for lift tickets, passes, and other resort products, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for guests. Take ownership of the guest experience by actively listening, anticipating needs, and resolving questions or concerns with empathy and urgency. Enhance each guest’s visit by confidently recommending products, services, and experiences that best match their needs and plans. Maintain strong knowledge of resort offerings, ticket products, policies, and promotions to provide clear, accurate, and helpful guidance. Support guests with digital tools and services, including online purchases and mobile products, to ensure ease and convenience. Fulfill orders outdoors as needed using handheld Express Lift Ticket devices. Thrive in a fast-paced environment by balancing speed, accuracy, and personalized service during high-volume periods. Handle cash (where applicable) and electronic transactions responsibly, following all policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and accountability. Partner with fellow team members and departments to deliver a seamless, end-to-end guest experience across the resort. Foster a positive and organized workspace that contributes to an efficient and welcoming atmosphere. Support a safe and respectful environment by remaining aware of surroundings and appropriately addressing or escalating concerns. Embrace a team-first mindset and support the resort by performing other duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Able to work outside in a winter environment Comfortable working indoors for extended period Adherence to safety standards and procedures as a core company value.
