[[extTitle]] LOCATION: [[filter4]] - [[filter5]] - [[filter1]] DEPARTMENT: [[filter7]] Purpose: The HSE Analyst supports the integration of HSE requirements into daily operations by serving as a key link between employees, supervisors, and operational teams. This role is approximately 60% shop floor/field-based and 40% office-based , requiring active engagement in the operation to identify hazards, address risks, promote safe behaviors, and support compliance with HSE standards. The position combines hands-on field presence with analytical and administrative responsibilities, driving continuous improvement in safety performance through influence, coaching, accountability, and effective risk management. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to fostering a positive safety culture. Main Responsibilities: Spend approximately 60% of working time on the shop floor, actively observing operations, identifying hazards, and engaging with employees and supervisors. Promote and reinforce compliance with company HSE requirements, procedures, and applicable OSHA standards. Identify unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, and potential HSE risks, and collaborate with operations to implement effective corrective actions. Build positive relationships with employees and supervisors while maintaining the ability to address non-compliance firmly and professionally. Influence and encourage employees to adopt safe behaviors by helping them understand the purpose and importance of HSE requirements. Conduct workplace inspections, observations, audits, and follow-up activities. Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Monitor and track HSE metrics, action items, inspections, observations, and other performance indicators. Prepare HSE reports, presentations, dashboards, and management communications. Assist with HSE training, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve HSE processes and continuously enhance safety performance. Support the development and implementation of digital HSE tools and processes. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records. Collaborate effectively with multiple departments and levels of the organization. Respond effectively to changing priorities, operational challenges, and time-sensitive HSE matters. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. Previous experience in HSE, EHS, manufacturing, industrial operations, or a related environment is preferred. OSHA training and/or OSHA-related certifications are preferred. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and general industrial safety practices. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Forms and Power Apps is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and translate data into actionable improvements.
