Job Requirements Developing and implementing advanced quality control and inspection techniques across manufacturing processes. Conducting detailed quality inspections, tests, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance and robustness. Documenting, analyzing, and reporting quality and inspection results to drive corrective and preventive actions.. Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex quality issues and systemic defects. Providing technical training, inspection guidance, and mentorship to junior technicians and quality staff. What your background should look like Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience. Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
