Job Overview Monitors the supply chain performance, identifies trends and risks, and provides recommendations to reduce risk, achieve efficiency and manage cost across the supply chain. Job Requirements Defining and coordinating the implementation programs, initiatives, and process improvements needed to improve the key strategic Supply Chain KPIs. Coordinating and reporting regional indicators in achieving critical targets like revenue, inventory, overdue reduction, and freight forecast. Collaborating with the local teams in driving lead time reduction programs and defining mitigation plans in case of deviation from execution targets. Executing and utilizing Lean tools for continuous improvement and using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
