About the role: As a Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible managing project, product, and service deliveries for Westinghouse – from bid phase and component design through manufacturing and delivery. Evaluate our suppliers as requested by the Delivery Stream Manager. This will include working with customers, and reporting for opportunities related to AP1000, AP300, and other products within the Energy Systems Portfolio. You will report to the Supplier Chain Delivery Stream Manager and be located at Cranberry Township, PA on a hybrid basis with two plus days in the office. Key Responsibilities: Work with Westinghouse Design, Suppliers and Internal Manufacturing to become the supply chain manufacturing engineering expert for the assigned nuclear equipment. Support supplier identification, evaluation, down selection and negotiations. You will work with design to create procurement requirements and create SAP purchase requisitions. Collaborate with design engineering and quality to develop supplier document submittal and manufacturing witness and hold point (W&HP) requirements. You will support Supplier Design Proposal / Compliance Matrix review meetings. Cost and schedule reductions through supplier management efforts. Create agendas and lead kick-off meetings with Suppliers. Conduct scheduled meetings with Suppliers and Westinghouse project support team members. Work with Supplier Performance Engineering to develop supplier oversight plans and project manage execution of supplier oversight and witness and hold points. Review supplier submittals and manage Westinghouse's review performance, by coordinating resource allocation with management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines. Experience or previous project work related to Power Generation, Nuclear, Manufacturing, Project Management or Supply Chain US Citizen. We will ask you to meet the criteria for access to our, partner's, and client's technologies and to comply with import/export controls laws and regulations. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
