In this role, you will ensure that electronics are not only compliant, but robust, reliable, and designed right from the start , contributing directly to customer satisfaction and product excellence worldwide. 🔎 Key Responsibilities 🧩 Define and deploy quality standards for electronic systems (HW/SW integration, sensors, connectivity, control units). 🚀 Ensure quality during New Product Launch (NPL), including validation plans (DV/PV), reliability testing, and industrialization reviews. 🛠️ Apply Design for Quality (DfQ) principles, influencing product development from early stages. 🚨 Lead and support root cause analysis (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa) for electronics-related field issues, claims, and returns. 🌍 Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, plants, suppliers) to ensure robust corrective and preventive actions. 🏭 Support supplier quality for electronic components, including qualification (PPAP-like), audits, and compliance (RoHS, CE). 🧪 Define and maintain testing standards (functional, reliability, environmental, connectivity, software validation). 📊 Monitor and analyze quality KPIs (field failure rate, warranty, CoQ) using tools like SAP QM and Power BI. 🔄 Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants and suppliers globally. 🤝 Internal & External Relationships You will collaborate closely with Corporate Quality, R&D (electronics & firmware), manufacturing plants, procurement, suppliers, and after-sales teams worldwide. 🎓 What We’re Looking For Degree in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics 2–5 years of experience in electronics quality, design, or testing Strong knowledge of embedded systems, PCBs, sensors, and connectivity Experience with quality tools (FMEA, 8D, APQP/PPAP) Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment Fluent English required 🌟 Why this role?
