Painting & Insulation Supervisor - India Recruitment Event

Job Purpose Provide maintenance expertise in the field of Painting, Coating, Composite Wrapping and Hot and/or Cold Insulation to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable operation for all Company Onshore Facilities. Key Job Accountabilities Provide technical knowledge and expertise and supervision in Painting and Insulation requirement/services for all Company Facilities. Ensure that the Insulation & Painting manual and procedure, specification standards are followed within the department. Lead the execution team to complete the task safely and quality. Plan and supervise the daily activities and submit daily and weekly reports to Management. Assess and certify Painting Supervisor and Inspector in coordination with other relevant departments and verify and check Contractor’s competency assessment procedure. Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation process session to end users. Inspect and audit Painting and Insulation Yard and oversee the work activity. Improve and Review Painting/Insulation Procedure as when required. Contribute to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including Tools requirement. Ensure that all Spare parts and Tools are always readily available. Provide maintenance assistance in the event of Plant emergencies. Qualifications Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant discipline area. Knowledge and/or Experience 8 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Petrochemical Industry. Technical and Business Skills Computer literacy. Proficient in written and spoken English.
