The Role: We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to manage the definition and delivery of our product platform -- what we're building and why. Here's what you'll accomplish with us: * You will drive competitive market analysis, investigate feature concepts, define requirements and deliver user delighting products, and receive feedback from our customers and partners. * You'll define features with your team and incorporate feedback and concepts. We have several new product initiatives and features on the way and you'll help define and prioritize these for your team. * You'll manage an Agile product backlog and you'll give the team a vision of where we're headed and why. * You'll collaborate with an engineering and design team, and partner closely with industry experts in Behavioral Science and Finance. Our Ideal Candidate: You live for sprints, stories and relentless prioritization and you can confidently own them among our stakeholders. Most importantly you can break large feature efforts into measurable deliverables. Here's more about what we'd be thrilled to see: * 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, and you've grown some of that experience at a startup. * Deep experience working in a variety of software development processes including Agile Scrum and Kanban. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills. * Exceptional organizational and analytical skills. * Hands-on experience writing clear, concise, user-focused stories. * Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces - ability to create examples through wireframes and mock ups. * Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and scalable web applications. * Experience with transforming unstructured data into actionable data.
