As Senior Engineer, Marketing Technology , you’ll be designing and implementing innovative analytical solutions and evaluating new features for MarTech, AdTech & CRM platforms . What You’ll Do: Design and build enterprise solutions, leading select projects end-to-end, partnering with Business, Product, Technology teams and vendors, and ensuring timely, quality closure. Build and scale data infrastructure that powers batch and real-time data processing, streamlining the intake of raw data into our Data Lake. Develop ETL processes, implement best practices for ETL development, and work effectively using scrum with multiple team members to deliver analytical solutions to business functions. Work cross-functionally with the marketing team on marketing campaigns and initiatives, building enterprise solutions on GCP/GMP with cross-cloud integrations with Azure. Coordinate across teams to ensure on-time deliverables without compromising quality, managing tasks effectively within a high-volume data environment. Drive deploy activities and support after release issue fixes, maintaining rigorous human oversight and accountability for quality and correctness. What You’ll Bring: 7+ years of experience with large-scale data warehouse projects and strong full-stack engineering fundamentals. AI-Augmented Engineering Practices. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude/Claude Code, or similar) to improve engineering productivity and solution quality, including defining reusable prompts or skills and shared contextual standards (architecture guidelines, coding conventions, domain constraints) to enable consistent, secure, and maintainable AI-assisted development across teams. Expertise in (Un)Supervised learning using Regression Models, Classification Algorithms, Clustering Models, and the ability to apply these Machine Learning as a Service (MLAAS). Expert experience with any of the ETL tools (Informatica, Pentaho, Data Stage, etc.) and strong experience in data integration tools. Proficiency in programming (Python, R, SQL), machine learning, deep learning, and data management, alongside experience with scripting skills (Scala, Shell, Perl, Python, etc.). Strong communication skills, with the ability to be an effective communicator within a team working with database administrators, data analysts, and management, along with proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Prior experience working with Cloud technologies, preferably Azure and GCP, and knowledge of using Agentic AI Tools / AI-SDLC, opensource LLMs, and LLMOPS.
