By creating intelligent and clean solutions for people and the planet JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: Product Sales Manager Reports To: Product Sales Manager Role Type: Individual Contribution Location: Gurgaon Job Responsibilities Be a single point of contact for resolution of product related technical and commercial queries for Product Sales portfolio in respective segment. Co-ordinate effectively with Segment/ Distribution teams for inclusion and recommendation of non-bearing products to customers. Develop products by identifying potential, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction. Achieve agreed Sales growth, profitability, and Market development targets as per defined “Annual Business & Sales Plan” Support new / customized solution developments in co-ordination with SKF factories, Product Engineering, and customer. Technical product training – both internal and external Candidate Background and competencies Education & Experience Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree in sales and marketing management is an added advantage. 6 - 8 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in sales of bearings, housings with significant exposure to Key Account Management both large OEM, end-user & distribution channel. Competencies Optimistic, results-orientated, “play-to-win” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent business acumen with proven track records in sales. Flexible mind-set & strong leadership skills with capability to adapt to a dynamic environment and drive change.
