What you’ll build- We are looking for an experienced and ambitious engineer passionate about AI, cloud technologies, and autonomous systems to help build next-generation intelligent cloud operations products. You will Build enterprise-grade, cloud-native application that leverages LLMs, AI agents, and agentic workflows to automate and optimize cloud operations. Build, deploy, and operate microservices, Java-based applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. Own the complete software lifecycle including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, observability, and continuous improvement. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities where AI can improve reliability, productivity, observability, troubleshooting, incident management, and platform operations. Contribute to our vision of transforming manual operations into intelligent, autonomous cloud operations. Collaborate with developers, operations, and other stakeholders in scrum model. Work with leading infrastructure and tools from AWS, Azure, AliCloud etc., along with Databases like PostgreSQL and messaging systems like Kafka. What you bring- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong backend, full-stack foundations with Data science. Experience applying AI and machine learning techniques to operational telemetry, logs, metrics, traces, or enterprise workflow automation. Proven experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or similar) into backend services including prompt engineering, function calling, streaming, and token management. Experience building and consuming Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — document ingestion, chunking strategies, embedding models, and integration with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector). Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agent workflows and multi-agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen. Understanding of AI planning, reasoning, memory models, workflow orchestration, and autonomous decision-making systems. Understanding of responsible AI practices — output validation, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and cost/token optimisation. Deep expertise in Java with object-oriented programming, design patterns, Spring Boot, Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Spring AI), ORM frameworks like Hibernate, RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with frontend development using modern frameworks — SAP UI5, React, Angular, or Vue.js — with working knowledge of TypeScript and responsive UI design. Strong command of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. Proficient in Git-based workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with a bility to drive technical discussions and influence architecture decisions. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams.
