This support will focus on Customer Success (Sales) and Customer Service & Delivery (Services). The goal is to help with strategic and operational consultation and projects. Expectations and Tasks: Assist the CS P&C BP Lead and PMO team as they support the GTM People Strategy and the transformation within the Sales and Services Board Areas Support and lead initiatives for people. Focus on important topics and handle different requests. Graduating Seniors / 2nd Year Masters highly desirable Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program Skills / Competencies: Solid business acumen, collaboration and communication skills Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and proficient analytical skills Familiar with a variety of AI tools and how to best use each.
