- Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and evaluate the creditworthiness of existing and prospective corporate customers. Review and analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, business plans, and industry outlooks to assess repayment capacity and identify key credit risks. Prepare credit applications, annual reviews, covenant monitoring reports, and credit recommendations in compliance with the Bank’s credit policies and regulatory requirements. Perform industry, market, and peer analysis to support sound credit decision-making and portfolio management. Monitor customer performance, credit exposure, and risk indicators, and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures when necessary. Work closely with Relationship Managers to structure financing solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining prudent risk management standards. Support the execution of banking products and services by providing credit and risk assessment throughout the transaction lifecycle. Maintain accurate credit documentation and ensure timely completion of internal approval processes. Contribute to portfolio quality and support the achievement of the Bank’s business objectives through effective credit risk management. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, credit analysis, credit underwriting, or related fields. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and corporate banking products. Good understanding of banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management principles. Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers, Credit Departments, and other stakeholders.
