Co-design and co-implement the shop floor management model in each of the Nemak America Plants. This must be done in collaboration with the consulting team, as well as with the management team of the aforementioned plants. Main Responsibilities Design together with plant members, a shop floor management diagnosis Deploy workshops to co-design each of the 5 shop floor management elements with the plant management team Implement solutions for each of the 5 shop floor management elements Responsible for the timely execution of projects related to the improvement of shop floor management. Deliver to the Lean & shop floor management manager and operations manager, the general status of the projects related to shop floor management , reporting gaps or important incidents. Ensure the execution of the design process and installation projects in accordance with current methodologies and design principles established by the shop floor management model Execute projects and initiatives, meeting objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption and use of team members focused on the people side of change, including changes to processes, systems, and technology, job functions and organizational structures through change management tools like ADKAR. -Identify the gaps between current state vs future state to define the impact and assess the risks of change in the organization. -Plan mitigation measures that favor the adoption of change and increase its speed. -Provoke the necessary synergies between different areas that allows the reduction of friction during the transformation process. -Identify the impacted audiences and the level of change they will undergo to generate communication, training and/or ad hoc accompaniment actions for each one. -Define the general change strategy that facilitates adoption, managing the obstacles that arise. Establish the actions that generate buying for the project (events, informative sessions, go live, etc.) -Generate the 5 change management plans during the AXIS projects, supported by the ADKAR diagnosis.
