Main Responsibilities Analyze production losses and bottlenecks to improve OEE, cycle times, capacity, and line efficiency. Reduce scrap, rework, and process variation through root cause analysis, SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and corrective actions. Lead cost-saving initiatives focused on materials, labor, energy, consumables, and waste reduction. Implement Lean and Six Sigma projects, including Kaizen events, process audits, and structured problem-solving activities. Support new product launches through process design, trials, PPAP, equipment readiness, and ramp-up stabilization. Ensure manufacturing processes meet safety, environmental, ergonomic, and quality standards. Develop standard work, work instructions, visual aids, and training materials for operators and technicians. Use process data and digital monitoring tools to identify improvement opportunities and validate results. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing. 2+ years of experience in aluminum casting, machining, and/or assembly processes. 2+ years of experience with APQP and quality assurance processes. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, and SPC), and quality management standards such as IATF 16949. Proficient in English. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and corrective-action skills. Experience in a metallurgical laboratory is preferred. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
