Regional Sales Operation Specialist Mindray Medical (Thailand) | Bangkok, Thailand Supporting: Philippines, Thailand & South Asia | Reports to: Regional Operation Manager Are you energized by turning data into decisions and keeping fast-moving sales operations running like clockwork? Mindray is looking for a Regional Sales Operation Specialist to be the operational backbone for our sales teams across the Philippines, Thailand, and South Asia — someone who thrives on structure, precision, and cross-cultural collaboration, and who wants their work to directly shape how a regional business performs. What You'll Do Business Support Champion the systems, processes, and policies that keep Mindray's regional operations running smoothly — from management reporting to order-to-delivery efficiency. Partner closely with the sales team to identify and remove operational bottlenecks. Facilitate business review and pipeline review meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks and action plans. Provide administrative and business support that helps the wider team move faster. Own the accuracy of business performance reporting — flagging risks early and tracking progress against annual, quarterly, and monthly targets. Support achievement of regional sales targets through operational excellence. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. Build alignment with sales, finance, logistics and operational teams to deliver business outcomes. Data & Sales Analytics Maintain and continuously clean customer/distributor data to keep it audit-ready and business-relevant. Support the General Manager on sales opportunity management, including reviewing pipeline data and running periodic sales review meetings. Collect and consolidate sales forecasts, supporting target-setting for Heads of Department, sales staff, and distributors. Safeguard data integrity by following Mindray's data governance policies at every step. Produce clear, well-structured analytical reports that turn regional business data into actionable insight. Platform Management Complete training on all systems and platforms relevant to the role. Serve as the go-to problem-solver for day-to-day platform issues. Manage user access and maintain master data across platforms. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Data Analytics, Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of full-time experience in a data operations or sales operations role. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus solid working knowledge of modern office and collaboration tools. Exposure to SAP (CRM/C4C), Power BI, Tableau, or similar data/analytics platforms. Comfort working across a matrix organization and different cultures — you build trust and get things done through influence, not just authority. A proactive mindset: you standardize what should be standardized, and you chase results on time. Strong structured thinking, sound judgment, and a genuine drive to keep learning and growing. Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language ability is a plus. Why Join Mindray Mindray is a global leader in medical devices, operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Joining our regional operations team means working on projects that support real healthcare delivery across Southeast and South Asia, with exposure to regional leadership, cross-border collaboration, and clear opportunities to grow your career in sales operations and data analytics.

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
