Evaluate changes in the marketplace, collect competitor data and maintain & enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan. Represent Mindray and be the sole point of contact for the listed hospitals. Visit key accounts build up Mindray reference hospitals in the region. Collect orders directly from the Strategic Accounts in the region. Follow up key projects in hand and provide necessary support. Generate direct sales orders from the market. (2) Marketing: Assist Mindray to attend various conferences / exhibitions. Work with the Line Manager to develop applicable media promotion plans, including but not limited to advertisement on magazines, journals of certain influence in local medical device market. Identify potential key accounts in the region and set up a plan for penetration in those hospitals together with the Line Manager. Form up marketing plans and execute for such accounts. Submit monthly work plan as requested by the management. Provide monthly and quarterly reports to Mindray to review assignments in the previous period and to make the detailed work plan for the next period.
