Requirements: Diploma Degree or above, majoring in Biomedical Engineering or other related field. At least 5 years of experience as Clinical Application Specialist (handling Laboratory equipment, preferably Hematology). Intermediate English speaking and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft software and SAP operation Responsibilities: Assist to achieve sales target of IVD product line in the specific territory. Provide technical support to sales team and local distributors. Conduct demo during expo or customer visit. Accommodate any rising questions related with the equipment from sales, distributors, and end users. Attend local promotion activities, such as exhibitions, congresses, seminars and workshops. Collect distributors and end-users’ feedbacks from the market; Summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade. Inventory control of demo units (cost, location, logistics and demo agenda). Provide trainings to local distributors.
