Position Title IVD Service Engineer Work Location Bangladesh (based in Bangladesh, covering South Asia) Channel Management Support channel engineers in completing the installation of the first unit for new products. Provide technical support to channel engineers in resolving complex and difficult equipment issues. Conduct technical training for channel engineers to continuously improve their technical capabilities. Based on the channel management model, assist channel partners in continuously enhancing their service capabilities to meet customer service requirements. Customer Management Conduct regular customer visits to maintain good customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction. Perform on-site inspections of channel engineers’ repair and preventive maintenance activities to ensure service quality and stable equipment operation. Collect customer issues and requirements, drive the resolution of these issues and requirements, and provide timely progress updates to customers. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate spare parts, logistics, and regional technical support resources to ensure service response efficiency. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with sales teams, channel partners, spare parts teams, and regional support teams.
