Mediq is looking for an experienced and innovative RPA Developer to join our team in Utrecht. Within our RPA Center of Excellence (CoE), we are continuously expanding the possibilities of automation. We work with technologies ranging from traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to Intelligent Process Automation (IXP), AI, and Agentic Solutions. As an RPA Developer, you will play an important role in designing and delivering smart automation solutions across our international organization. We are looking for someone with strong UiPath expertise who can translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and effective automation solutions. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and other relevant automation technologies. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities together with Business Process Experts and other stakeholders. Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions. Test, deploy, and optimize RPA solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance. Monitor and maintain existing automations to ensure stable and uninterrupted operations. Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve existing automation solutions. Provide guidance, training, and support to end users and other stakeholders. Contribute to the further development of our RPA Center of Excellence and our transition towards more intelligent and agentic automation solutions. What You Bring A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Information Management, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience as an RPA Developer or in a comparable automation role. Strong hands-on experience with UiPath; UiPath certification is highly preferred. Experience with other RPA platforms, such as Blue Prism, is an advantage. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, as you will work in an international environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a process-oriented mindset. A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your work. Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, or chatbot technologies is considered an advantage. Experience with programming languages such as Python or C# is a plus. A gross monthly salary between €3,600 and €5,400 based on a 40-hour workweek, in accordance with the Mediq Collective Labour Agreement (Scale 9). Your exact salary will depend on your knowledge and experience. A position for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week, with a preference for full-time employment. An international working environment, with occasional international travel depending on projects and business needs. 8% holiday allowance, paid in April. An annual performance-based bonus of up to 7.5%. A laptop, mobile phone, and additional monitor to support effective hybrid working. A travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre, up to a maximum commuting distance of 50 km one way. 26.5 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour workweek, with the option to purchase additional days. You will work at least two days per week from our office in De Meern, Utrecht, combined with the flexibility to work remotely. Friday is a fixed work-from-home day.
