Your responsibilities Vendor Setup Support: Provide precise vendor setup information to client hospitals and sales representatives, ensuring seamless integration and compliance. Client Account Management: Manage and maintain Client account data in SAP, including pricing, discounts, rebates, invoicing, and credits, while ensuring data accuracy and alignment with company standards. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Client Master file and related datasets is maintained. Pricing and Compliance: Verify, update, and manage pricing details based on National Accounts requirements. Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong professional relationships with internal teams and external Clients to foster collaboration and trust. Reporting and Insights: Develop, prepare, review and distribute departmental reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis. Data Management : Extract data from multiple databases and systems for analysis and reporting. Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy by identifying and correcting errors. Self-Auditing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly review and audit own work to identify and correct errors, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and take proactive steps to deliver error-free outputs that meet organizational expectations. Your qualifications Education and Experience: High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, Client Support, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or business operations. Familiarity with orthopedic procedures or the healthcare industry (preferred). Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, macros, etc.). Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems (strongly preferred). Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position operates primarily in an office setting and may require occasional extended hours to meet Client needs and other duties as assigned.
