As our Human Resources Manager, you will lead and manage all HR functions and operations within our Biscoff Factory in Thailand and Regional Office in Bangkok. This role plays a key part in supporting the factory’s growth and organizational development by driving effective people management across the entire employee lifecycle — including attracting, selecting, onboarding, developing, managing performance, rewarding, and offboarding employees. The HR Manager will actively foster and implement a strong TOP culture, working in close partnership with line managers and the Factory Management Team to build a high-performing and engaged workforce. In addition, the role collaborates closely with the Global HR team to ensure HR strategies, policies, and ways of working are consistently implemented while remaining locally relevant and aligned with business needs in Thailand. The Human Resources Manager reports directly to the Plant Director, who in turn reports to the General Manager – Area Asia Offices. The HR Manager leads a dedicated HR team consisting of three direct reports. The team structure is expected to evolve over time in line with the factory’s growth and organizational needs. This position is primarily based at our Chonburi factory with occasional visits to our regional office in Bangkok. 1.Strategy and Leadership: Develop HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Lead HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance and support in HR matters. 2. Compensation & Benefits: Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with the company’s C&B policies. Ensure compensation and benefits compliance with global and local legal requirements. Monitor market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits 3. HR Programs & Reporting: Prepare and submit regular HR reports to HQ, detailing key metrics and insights. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Coordinate with HQ to align HR policies and initiatives. Manage Health & Life Insurance Program including monitoring market trends and best practices. Manages the compliance towards the labour representation under the form of welfare committee. Organizes activities aligned with global and local policies towards health and wellbeing of our employees. 4. Management Development: Develop and implement management training programs. Coach and mentor managers in leadership skills and best practices. Identify and address management development needs. Oversee expatriate management, including relocation, integration, and support services. Liaise with the Corporate HR team to ensure consistent expat experience. 5. Employee & Talent Development: Lead talent management and succession planning processes. Implement development programs and initiatives to nurture high-potential employees. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Develop and implement the employee relation strategy ,focusing on maintaining a positive and productive work environment aligning with TOP culture. Enable line managers to resolve workplace conflicts and interpreting HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor law. 6. Compliance, Governance & Performance Management: Implement, monitor and manage the performance management system. Train managers and staff on performance evaluation processes. Ensure fair and objective performance assessments. Manages compliance of all HR labour related matters in line with current legislations Monitors new legislation and advices on potential changes in policies required Manages the SMETA certification and compliance Education (degree): University level with a bachelor’s degree and a master in a relevant area Specific knowledge: Professional in HR in Thailand Considerable knowledge about the labour market , fundamental Thai labor law and management of an HR team Ability to work with and recruit and retain employees at different levels (blue and white collar) Experience: At least 7- 10 years of solid HR experience (preferably manufacturing) Preferably experience in FMCG, working with A-brands and working in an international environment. Experience as a Management Team member Language: Fluent in Thai and English (verbal and writing) Personal competences: Trust worthy person who can handle matters in a confidential manner Pro-active team player who can work independently and give support at the same time Ability to collaboratively work with diverse group of people Strong communicator both internal and external Solution thinker and creative (‘how can we make this happen”) Continuous improvement mindset Hands-on mentality and no 9-5 mentality
