Are you passionate about driving digital innovation in manufacturing? As Domain Lead Manufacturing at Lotus Bakeries you will take a leading role in shaping the future of our factories worldwide. Together with your team, you will build and support cutting-edge applications and processes that ensure operational excellence, enable smart manufacturing and boost innovation. You will be the bridge between ICT and business, guiding our digital transformation and delivering impact on a global scale. You lead, coach and inspire a team of ICT specialists. By setting priorities, coordinating daily activities and fostering collaboration, you ensure your team delivers results while continuously growing their expertise. Together with business stakeholders, you shape the Manufacturing Roadmap and drive key initiatives such as the migration to S/4HANA, the rollout of MES and the introduction of new SAP and non-SAP functionalities. As domain architect and application owner, you manage the full lifecycle of manufacturing applications: from upgrades and supplier management to support and continuous optimisation. Acting as trusted partner, you facilitate process improvement discussions, align priorities in governance fora and represent the manufacturing domain in ICT projects. Master’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience as manufacturing team lead in a multinational SAP environment, ideally within FMCG Strong expertise in SAP PP, WM and QM (including configuration), complemented by experience with MES and other non-SAP manufacturing solutions Solid background in project, change and risk management, with excellent stakeholder management skills to act as trusted partner for business and ICT Natural leader with strong coaching and organisational skills, flexible and hands-on, proactive and stress-resistant Excellent communicator, able to synthesise and present clearly, bringing positive energy and a can-do mentality Fluent in Dutch and English; professional working proficiency in French
