Senior Production Specialist

Location: [[location_obj]] Recruiter: [[recruiterName]] Job Responsibilities Daily monitoring of production processes and conducting analyses to increase efficiency Ensuring the efficient operation of machines and equipment on the production line and reporting malfunctions to relevant units Developing and implementing continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects Ensuring production is carried out in accordance with occupational safety and quality standards Organizing workforce and resources according to the production plan Monitoring and reporting production data through systems such as SAP and ERP Preparing the production infrastructure in new product launch processes Contributing to production processes by interpreting technical drawings and documents Taking an active role in internal and external audits related to production Working in coordination with engineering and maintenance teams in a team-oriented manner Job Requirements Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related engineering departments At least 5 year of experience in production processes (preferably in the automotive, white goods, or metal sectors) Proficient in lean manufacturing techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM Ability to read and interpret technical drawings MS Office and preferably SAP/ERP systems knowledge Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High communication skills, team player Ability to understand English technical documents Able to adapt to shift work Open to continuous development, has an innovative perspective Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
