About the role We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Enablement Lead to help grow the capability of our people to design, build, govern and own high-quality solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Sitting within our Enterprise Technology, Operations & Analytics team, this is a unique opportunity for someone who combines strong hands-on Power Platform expertise with a genuine passion for coaching, enablement and community building.You’ll work directly with business users and solution owners, helping them turn business challenges into practical solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Dataverse.Rather than being a traditional centralised development role, your focus will be on enabling others, building organisational capability, establishing best practices, and helping our growing Power Platform community create solutions that are secure, supportable and built to last. What you'll do Lead onboarding, training, coaching and capability-development initiatives while facilitating and growing Origin’s Power Platform Community of Practice and encouraging knowledge sharing across the organisation. Provide hands-on technical guidance across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Dataverse, helping teams turn business challenges into practical solutions. Lead co-build engagements and develop reusable components, templates, reference solutions and solution patterns that enable solution developers to confidently own and maintain their solutions. Guide teams through application lifecycle management (ALM), environment strategy, deployment pipelines, application tiering and path-to-production requirements. Partner across the business, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Microsoft 365, Privacy and Risk to strengthen Power Platform governance, facilitate Governance Council activities and support secure, scalable and sustainable solutions. What you'll bring You’ll be an experienced Power Platform practitioner who is just as comfortable coaching and influencing others as you are getting into the technology yourself. Strong hands-on experience designing, building, deploying and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, ideally gained within a large or complex organisation. Broader Power Platform experience across Dataverse, Power Pages and Copilot Studio, along with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, APIs and enterprise integration patterns. Practical knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), application tiering and Power Platform governance, including environments, deployment pipelines, source control, DLP policies, connectors and security. Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience enabling business users, solution owners or technical communities to build their capability. The ability to combine technical expertise with pragmatic business thinking, translating complex concepts, risks and governance requirements into clear and practical guidance.Microsoft Power Platform certifications are desirable, but we're equally interested in demonstrated practical experience.
