About You Essential Criteria Master’s Degree (MBA) in Marketing from a Tier-1 institution. Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in customer acquisition and retention strategies. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Advanced analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms. Familiarity with the Indian education sector and market dynamics. Experience in managing customer service functions and achieving high satisfaction metrics. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
