In this role, employee will be responsible for the development and expansion of the Company's business within the geographic territory assigned, with the goal of increasing and maintaining sales volumes and distribution, as well as the Company's market share. The employee is also responsible for planning and controlling expenses and profitability within their territory in alignment with the Company’s long-term goals and strategy. The employee is also responsible for managing the regional sales team, including field staff, overseeing the implementation of representation standards, trade and consumer activation programs, end-user engagement initiatives, key account management, and effectively collaborate with distributor. All of this must be done in accordance with the business plan and sales strategies, including operational plans, for the assigned geographic territory. Key Responsibilities: Develops monthly plans to drive product sales growth within the assigned territory Ensure implementation of the business plan within the assigned territory. Coordinate the activities of distribution partners at the local level (distributors, sub-distributors, wholesalers), monitor and assess performance. Conducts weekly supervision of subordinate Sales Representatives’ outlet visits through personal field visits along their routes and cross-checking data in the TMEC system. Execute and control trade marketing programs, analyze results and evaluate the effectiveness of budget spending in the regions. Maintain a strong control environment to ensure compliance with corporate standards. Set objectives for subordinates, evaluate performance, and provide feedback. Actively support succession planning and the development of High-Potential (HiPo) talents Requirements: University degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales management. Intermediate-level spoken and written English is preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in negotiations and presentations. Solid understanding of the tobacco market landscape in Uzbekistan. Strong knowledge of people management principles and the ability to build and lead effective teams. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of internal labor policies and company code of conduct. Familiarity with internal corporate governance and organizational structure, including regional offices.
