The Cell Lead owns the performance of the line 24 hours a day, every day, and is responsible for developing the team, for implementing the integrated work system (IWS) operating standards, and for achieving the results for their lines. Responsibilities 24-hour, multiple shift accountability for results understood as safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity and costs for assigned Cell; Owner of Cell DDS (Daily Direction Setting), responsible for DDS findings follow up and ensuring their execution.
