You’ll do this by delivering tailored sales and merchandising programs directly in-store, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is a field-based role , where you manage retail accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure our products stand out through effective placement, promotions, and engagement. You’ll travel regularly (25–75%) and stay close to the market—analyzing sales data, managing stock and orders, negotiating agreements, and keeping an eye on competitors and trends. Location: ideal locations for the candidates to reside in: Modesto , Ceres , Turlock or Merced . Key Responsibilities: Plan and prioritize store visits using sales data and customer importance. Execute marketing programs, negotiate volume agreements, and ensure product placement aligns with planograms. Provide strategic insights, track competitor activity, and guide retailers on tobacco category management. Maintain merchandising standards and support with inventory management when needed.
