Job Description We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Specialist with 5 years of experience to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce platform management, customization, and optimization, and must be fluent in both English and Portuguese to support our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and reports to meet business requirements. Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical expertise in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data governance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability. Train end-users and create documentation to support adoption and efficient use of Salesforce features. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements. Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Specialist or similar ROLE, with expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration. Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred). Technical Skills : Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar). Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Language Skills : Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with clients and teams across regions. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, or Pardot. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
