[[locationPH]] [[locationPF]] [[empAreaPH]] [[empAreaPF]] [[startDatePH]] [[startDatePF_en_US]] [[empExtentPH]] [[empExtentPF]] [[salaryShortPH]] [[salaryShortPF_en_US]] [[prefStartDate]] .profile_item { list-style-type: none !important; } .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } Your responsibilities: Owning and administering the testing tool landscape Managing user access, roles and permissions across all testing tools — supporting the different needs of test managers, defect managers, the Test Factory and business testers Ensuring reliable tool integrations between test management, ITSM, CI/CD, test automation, business process modelling and reporting platforms Designing and enforcing standardised workflows, field configurations and reporting templates across projects and releases Evaluating and piloting new testing tools — leading RFP processes, vendor demos and proof-of-concept execution Providing L2/L3 technical support and acting as the escalation point for complex tool-related issues Managing tool licences, vendor relationships and total cost of ownership analysis Driving tool landscape optimisation Maintaining processes for test management and defect management within the tools, aligned with the enterprise test framework Collaborating with infrastructure teams for server maintenance, upgrades and environment provisioning Driving tool-related improvements through the continuous improvement process The knowledge I own: 5+ years of experience in tool administration, application management or DevOps engineering Strong technical skills — ability to architect, integrate and troubleshoot enterprise tool landscapes Experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, Xray, qTest or Azure DevOps) Solid understanding of integration architecture (APIs, webhooks, ETL, middleware) Proven experience with vendor and licence management Good command of written and spoken English Nice-to-have: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins) and test automation frameworks (e.g. TOSCA, Selenium) Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) ITIL v4 Managing Professional Agile at scale / SAFe awareness DevOps / CI-CD expertise The offer that would convince me: In our international team you can work with our colleagues from all over the world We develop our own product and focus on high-quality, stable solutions We are committed to build up teams where trust and honest communication are essentials to our daily work Regular salary increase, we follow the inflation and reward loyalty Continuous learning opportunities though our own e-learning platform and internal teams Flexible working hours with home office possibility Online application: Please use our online application and attach your English resume.
