In compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2023 Your role in our team: Analyze production forecasts, customer demand, and inbound shipment schedules to determine warehouse resource requirements & utilization Coordinate warehouse activities during production ramp-up, slowsdown, and peak demand periods Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance metrics, identify performance gap and operational bottleneck and implement mitigation plans before impacting production Collect, validate, and analyze warehouse operational data from ERP and WMS to perform trend analysis to identify operational improvement opportunities Generate daily operational dashboards for warehouse management Build analytical reports to support decision-making Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues impacting productivity and inventory Support warehouse automation and digital transformation initiatives Colloborate with Procurement and Planning department for timely material delivery Ensure smooth warehouse operations while maintaining productivity, quality and safety standards Your profile: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years in warehouse operations (including involvement in planning and process improvement) within a manufacturing environment Minimum 3 years experience using ERP systems such as SAP (MM &IM), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar inventory management software as Warehouse Management System (WMS) Strong knowledge of warehouse operation management and MRP concepts in manufacturing environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Dashboard, Power Query), MS Power BI (added advantage) and warehouse perfomance metrics reporting Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with FIFO, FEFO, and warehouse best practices Recruitment Team For questions please contact us via jobs@koerber.com.
