Your tasks Your key contributions and influences: Manage product costing and inventory accounting, ensuring accurate cost bookings for raw materials and finished goods. Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, including standard cost updates, PPV, usage, and exchange rate impacts. Ensure inventory accuracy and control, supporting cycle counts, stock takes, inventory reconciliation, and provision analysis. Lead assigned month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and manufacturing reporting. Provide operational financial insights, supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and business decision-making. Drive compliance, process optimization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls. Develop regional finance expertise, building capabilities to support Asia reporting requirements and broader finance operations. Requirements What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or manufacturing finance within a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Proactive, hands-on, and eager to drive continuous improvement. Experience with SAP and multinational manufacturing companies is a plus.
