About the job We're looking for a Compliance Engineer ( Incorporated Engineer ) to join our team. The role is responsible for managing systems and processes related to pressure systems safety across the Franke and Dalla Corte equipment estate. This includes ensuring equipment maintenance, training field-based engineers, and maintaining full regulatory compliance. Your tasks Develop a current system to allow for all system inspections to be recorded for review and auto emailed to customer post review. Stay current with coffee machine technology and safety regulations. Act as the Authorised Person for pressure systems within Franke Coffee Systems UK. Oversee processes used by field technicians and maintain the compliance portal. Ensure adherence to all relevant pressure systems safety regulations (e.g., PSSR). Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Develop clear operating procedures for pressure system reviews and ensure compliance with PSSR. Ensure all pressure systems are inspected annually and communicate any compliance issues to partners and internal teams. Collaborate with production teams on design reviews and risk assessments to ensure safe system design and operation. Documentation & Inspection Records Develop and maintain a portal for internal and external access to inspection schedules and reports. Ensure accurate, accessible documentation of all inspections to demonstrate compliance. Training & Auditing Train field service technicians on the safe operation and maintenance of pressure systems. Maintain training records Boiler safety Inspection procedures Conduct regular audits of technician performance and maintain audit records. Identify and address training needs based on audit findings. Emergency procedures Promote and maintain a strong safety culture within Franke Coffee Systems. Reinforce the importance of safety in all aspects of pressure systems management. Requirements Experience inspecting pressure systems in accordance with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR). Experience in boiler or pressure vessel inspection Ability to interpret national and international codes and standards for pressure vessel and piping system design. Incorporated Engineer status or working towards professional registration. In-depth knowledge of the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations and the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations.
