The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, grow existing accounts, and execute segment-focused growth strategies within Automotive Manufacturing, Basic Metals, and other Industrial & Specialty markets. This is not a traditional product-selling role. Success comes from understanding customer manufacturing processes and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, reliability, and total cost of ownership through FUCHS lubrication solutions. Salary: FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is up to $100,000 to $130,000, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and margin growth within assigned Industrial & Specialty accounts Develop new business opportunities and convert competitive business Build relationships with production, maintenance, reliability, engineering, and purchasing stakeholders Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline Execute business plans developed by Segment and Sales Leadership Collaborate with Business Segment Managers, Key Account Managers, and Application Engineers Present and deliver value-based solutions that improve customer performance and profitability Preferred Industry Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Metalworking fluids Metal forming lubricants Industrial cleaners Industrial and specialty greases Industrial lubrication programs Steel, aluminum, stamping, forging, or fabrication operations Maintenance, reliability, or industrial process improvement What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience Proven success in business development and account growth Strong consultative and value-selling skills Ability to communicate technical solutions to manufacturing customers Strong territory and account management capabilities Self-motivated with a growth mindset Ability to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding manufacturing regions Success Measures Success in this role will be measured through: Revenue and gross margin growth New customer acquisition Competitive conversions Pipeline development and management Focus Segment Growth Customer retention and account expansion CRM and forecasting discipline
