Your Area of Work: Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of fund registration, regulatory reporting (UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards), and data management services, ensuring high-quality client service and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your Responsibilities: Support fund registration and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions. Perform quality control checks on regulatory reports and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams for document collection, reporting, and process improvement. Analyze ESG data and regulatory disclosures, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Assist in the design and maintenance of fund structures and data management systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on regulatory changes. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Data Management, or related field (post-graduate preferred). 1–2 years’ experience in investment funds, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or data management. Understanding of fund industry, UCITs, PRIIPs, MIFID, AIFMD, SFDR/EET standards. Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with data validation tools and Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
