Your area of work: We are looking for a Junior Middleware Administrator interested in building engaging and insightful products for managing large scale distributed systems like Kubernetes - OpenShift, Kafka and A-MQ. As junior middleware administrator you will contribute to deliver middleware solutions (Kubernetes, Kafka and A-MQ platforms) and actively participate in deployment of the containerized Clearstream business applications using automation (like GitOps approach, Argo, Ansible…). Your responsibilities: Setup and maintenance of large Clearstream Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters for all the different environments (from development to production) – hosted in Cloud (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure). Design/documentation/knowledge transfer on GitOps operating models for infrastructure and applications Support and investigation of infrastructure/security issues in all environments (dev/test/simu/prod) across all managed platforms Design/development/deployment of automated solutions on the Kubernetes/OpenShift platform Your profile: You have successfully completed your university degree in computer science or have relevant work experience related to IT At least 1 year of work experience in IT development or IT system administration You are familiar with Linux environment , capable of creating Bash scripts , troubleshooting basic networking issues and diagnosing problems related to PKI (TLS and certificates). You also have experience creating and maintaining automation using Ansible.
