Your area of work: The Supervisory Engagement Unit ("SE") acts as the central point of contact between Clearstream Luxembourg and national, European, and international supervisory authorities. The team plays a key role in fostering a strong regulatory culture, coordinating supervisory interactions, and supporting the continuous improvement of processes within highly regulated business areas. As an Intern within the SE, you will gain unique insight to the interactions between a leading financial market infrastructure and its supervisory authorities. You will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to a variety of impactful initiatives and projects. Your responsibilities: Support the consolidation of input from internal stakeholders to issue communication towards supervisory authorities (CSSF, ESMA, CBL among others): Coordinate the reception of internal information (workshop organization, quality assessment, …) Ensure submission of reports, surveys and any other materials as per defined due date Update and maintain internal tracking and information management systems in accordance with established procedures Monitor uniformity of external communications and commitments made Prepare materials (analysis, presentation, minutes…) for meetings with internal and external partners Assist with internal and admin queries Global support of the team for ad hoc events or projects Your profile: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance or similar and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus can-do attitude High level of accuracy and attention to details Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge of the post-trade infrastructure and securities services and/or banking be an advantage Fluency in English is mandatory, German or/and French is an asset Duration: 6 months full-time We look forward to receiving your CV and Cover Letter in English!
