Your area of work: The Strategy & Transformation team within Deutsche Börse’s Post Trading division partners with senior management to shape and execute high‑priority initiatives across the organization. We translate strategic priorities into pragmatic roadmaps and drive disciplined delivery across complex, cross‑divisional programs – spanning operating model evolution, process improvement, and performance/value steering. As a Strategy & Transformation Expert, you will build and run a structured execution approach for a portfolio of critical initiatives, ensuring tight governance, transparent progress tracking, and reliable delivery across business and functional stakeholders. Your responsibilities: Establish and lead a cross‑divisional delivery framework for high‑priority initiatives, incl. governance setup, workplan architecture, milestones, dependencies, and risk/issue management. Drive execution discipline and operational readiness across multiple workstreams (business, operations, technology, finance, risk/compliance), ensuring clear ownership, timely decisioning, and effective escalation paths. Build transparent performance and value tracking (KPIs, benefits, cost impacts, delivery health) and produce concise executive-level updates for senior management and governance forums. Translate strategic and conceptual inputs (market/regulatory developments, competitive dynamics, portfolio priorities) into actionable implementation roadmaps and decision proposals. Run stakeholder alignment and communications cadence across senior stakeholders, enabling fast alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and sequencing in a high-change environment. Contribute to transaction‑driven and large‑scale transformation initiatives as needed, supporting analysis, planning, and execution management with high confidentiality and professionalism. Your profile: Master’s degree from a top-tier university in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a quantitative field. 5+ years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting (or Big 4 / transaction services) and/or a corporate role leading complex transformation/program delivery in financial services. Proven track record running multi-workstream execution/governance (PMO/Transformation Office style), including planning, dependency management, RAID, executive reporting, and decision facilitation. Strong strategic and financial analytics: business cases, value/benefits tracking, prioritization, and performance steering Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels; ability to operate under pressure with high autonomy and sound judgment. High discretion and integrity when handling sensitive topics. Excellent PowerPoint/Excel skills. Fluent English required, German and/or French and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
