What the Role looks like Every day, you will take on challenges that directly impact the quality of our products and the productivity of our plant, such as: Coordinating and overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and productivity and service targets. Ensuring that production processes are executed in accordance with approved procedures, while effectively managing the resources required to meet the manufacturing plan. Managing deviations and operational events by driving containment actions, root cause analysis, and improvement plans to reduce risks and prevent recurrence. Promoting workforce capability development, operational discipline, and continuous improvement through performance monitoring and systematic management of productivity losses, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant operation. Your Contribution To succeed in this role, we are looking for: Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Biochemistry ( mandatory ). Proven knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ability to lead operational teams. Intermediate to advanced English level. Experience with Quality tools (GMP), including deviation investigation, root cause analysis, change control, CAPA, validation, and qualification. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
