Working alongside operations and maintenance teams, you will use your metallurgical expertise and provide practical guidance to drive optimal plant performance, while championing safety and environmental excellence. Ensure safe, compliant, and effective use of plant assets through careful planning, monitoring, and the application of innovative processes and technology. Collaboratively contribute to continuous improvement by analysing data and identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of operations. What You’ll Bring Degree qualifications in Metallurgy or relevant discipline. Knowledge of process technologies and equipment. Proven experience in a similar role within a mineral processing plant.
