Departamento de Recursos Humanos Dolores Arranz The Human Resources Specialist collaborates with the Director Finance & HR, under his guidelines and indications, in fulfilling the HR functions and goals. The Human Resources Specialist collaborates with the Director Finance & HR in guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire subsidiary. The major areas directed are: recruiting and staffing; performance management and improvement systems; employee-orientation, development, and training; policy development and documentation; employee relations; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; charitable giving; employee and CEO services and counselling; protection of diversity and equal opportunity. The Human Resources Specialist collaborates with the Director Finance & HR in originating and leading Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resources Director coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff.
